Refund Policy

1. General Refund Principle

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled for Possibility Field products, courses, playbooks, memberships, webinars, and digital services.

Possibility Field is operated by Masterclass Center LLC, a U.S. registered company.

Possibility Field sells digital educational products, online courses, playbooks, guided practices, memberships, webinars, and related digital materials.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, downloaded, viewed, streamed, or consumed after purchase, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

We aim to be fair and clear. If you have a billing issue, contact billing@possibilityfield.com.

2. Playbooks

For digital playbooks, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the purchase was made by mistake, you did not substantially access or consume the product, and you clearly explain the issue.

A refund may be considered if:

  • You purchased the product by mistake.
  • You did not substantially access or consume the product.
  • You have not downloaded or copied significant portions of the material.
  • You explain the issue clearly in your request.

Refund requests after 7 days are not guaranteed.

To request a playbook refund, email billing@possibilityfield.com and include your name, email used for purchase, product purchased, purchase date, and reason for the request.

3. Courses: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3

For Level 1 — Access, Level 2 — Integration, and Level 3 — Embodiment, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially consumed the course.

A refund may be declined if:

  • A significant portion of the course has been accessed.
  • Materials were downloaded, copied, or substantially consumed.
  • The request is made after the refund window.
  • There is evidence of account sharing, misuse, repeated refund behavior, or abuse.
  • The purchase was part of a clearly marked non-refundable promotion.

Course refund requests must be sent to billing@possibilityfield.com.

4. Practice Hub Membership

Practice Hub membership is a recurring subscription.

You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments, partial months, unused time, or missed usage.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable after billing occurs, except in cases of duplicate billing, accidental double charge, technical payment error, or another issue we determine should be corrected.

Membership questions should be sent to members@possibilityfield.com.

Billing questions should be sent to billing@possibilityfield.com.

5. Annual Membership

Annual membership payments may be refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially accessed or consumed member-only content.

After 7 days, annual membership payments are generally non-refundable.

If you cancel an annual membership after the refund window, you may retain access until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

6. Webinars and Live Online Events

If Possibility Field offers paid webinars, live online trainings, or scheduled digital events, the refund terms will be shown on the checkout page or event page.

Unless a specific event page states otherwise:

  • Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
  • No refund is guaranteed after the event has taken place.
  • Replay access may be provided when available.
  • If we cancel the event, you may receive a refund or transfer option.

7. Future In-Person Events

Possibility Field may later offer in-person workshops, one-day trainings, or live immersions.

In-person event refund terms may differ from digital product refund terms and will be stated on the specific event registration page.

Travel, lodging, transportation, meals, or personal expenses are not refundable by Possibility Field.

8. Downloaded, Completed, or Consumed Products

Refunds may be declined when a product has been substantially accessed, downloaded, completed, copied, or consumed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Downloaded PDFs.
  • Downloaded worksheets.
  • Accessed modules.
  • Watched course lessons.
  • Streamed guided audio.
  • Viewed restricted member content.
  • Accessed bonuses.
  • Completed significant portions of a program.

9. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact billing@possibilityfield.com.

We will review billing errors, duplicate charges, failed cancellations, or technical payment issues.

If a duplicate or incorrect charge is confirmed, we will correct it.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

We are willing to review legitimate billing concerns. Chargebacks made without contacting us may result in account suspension, loss of access, or restriction from future purchases.

11. Subscription Cancellation

To cancel a subscription, follow the cancellation instructions provided in your account, billing portal, payment receipt, or membership platform.

If you need help, contact billing@possibilityfield.com or members@possibilityfield.com.

You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want to be charged again.

12. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or payment method.

We do not control bank processing times.

13. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
